I love the DINING Nook ! Notice the table in 1 of our images. Notice the WBFP too. This is a beautiful and very nicely organized contemporary designer apartment to make your new home. The layout gets my 2 thumbs up ! The open but separate chefs kitchen ( with dishwasher) is " fabulous ", really fabulous and it was renovated just a few years ago with custom cabinetry and open shelving that sits in its own area. Notice the image we have provided . Nothing about this approximately 850sqft delightful apartment will disappoint and that includes a roomy primary bedroom with the right amount of closet space when the second bedroom is included. I like how the primary bedroom also has 2 windows drawing excellent natural light . A comment is warranted about a very nice sized custom bathroom with a gorgeous vanity that includes good storage .The Bathroom is sharp and also has some very nice built in storage.
