Home is a work in progress. The current owner has installed new plumbing throughout (Pex Plumbing), new electric throughout with a new breaker box in the basement, new heater and water heater. The heater is designed for natural gas but the hook up must still be established. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated and the loft (3rd floor) needs paint and flooring. The kitchen will need to be completed. At the present time there are no appliances, countertops or cabinets. The living room, family room and dining room are not completed. The enclosed front porch needs paint and flooring. New roof on the detached garage behind the home. The garage is shared with the neighbor. The driveway is also shared with the neighbor. Home has quite a bit of potential and is looking for a new owner to put on the finishing touches.
