The Lenox has a large central laundry room in addition to the laundry units in this unit. The association allows owners to install split central air conditioning systems and many owner residents have done it. The condominium fees include 24-hour door staff, heat, water and high-speed internet. Owners pay their own electric and Cable TV. There is additional storage available in the basement for a small fee. There are many gym and day care options in the area. The owners have a gated parking space in the private lot behind the building that they bought separately and are selling separately for $60,000.
