Totally renovated over the past couple of months. The kitchen has been remodeled with upgraded cabinets, new plumbing, new appliances, counters and backsplash. The bathroom also has been remodeled with neutral tile and new fixtures. All the floors have been replaced with an upgraded flooring (there is original hardwood beneath the flooring), all new light fixtures throughout the home, washer was originally in the kitchen and has been moved to the basement, electric box and outside cable are brand new. The whole house has been painted in a neutral color and any walls which needed repair were repaired. The outside basement wall has been waterproofed so no water in the basement. The windows were replaced sometime over the recent years (we do not have a date as this was done by the previous owner) There is a full basement which gives plenty of room for storage. The home is located on a pretty street close to all amenities and with great access to I95. The home is ready to just move in and enjoy!!
