Parquet oak floors ????..now we're talking as that's my favorite. These oak floors are beautiful.The floors have an etched inlay border . Are you looking for a gorgeous rental with a super cooks kitchen but want to keep the price in line ? Lets call this rental what it is ; a price-buster because the owner is super fair . The subway is literally a few blocks away The park is also a ballplayers throw away and the SUNDAY FARMERS market is a block away. The owner will accept a pet on approval .
