77 Bleecker Court is a serene prewar Greenwich Village co-op located at the crossroads of NoHo, SoHo, the West Village, and the East Village. Built in 1930, and consisting of 242 one-of-a-kind residences, it illustrates the architects' focus on design, originality, and accessibility. Upon entering the building, one makes a left turn and proceeds down a carpeted hallway to Apartment 103 -- a unique triplex with lofty ceilings and abundant space facing quiet Mercer Street.

The main level of this multi-level unit has an open kitchen and large dining and living areas. Also on this level is a full bath and two coat closets. The kitchen -- with its moveable stainless steel island, Miele electric convection oven, separate gas-fueled cooktop, new Bosch dishwasher, and Frigidaire refrigerator -- affords maximum space for meal preparation. Directly adjacent to the kitchen area is a built-in dining banquette allowing for easy flow from the cooking to the dining space. Continuing along, the living room, with its extra-large frosted windows overlooking Mercer Street, guarantees both privacy and an abundance of afternoon sunshine. The lower level, with its own private entrance/exit, is currently utilized as a home office/gym; however, it can also be reconfigured to a second bedroom/living area. The downstairs half bathroom can easily be expanded to the adjacent walk-in closet to make another full bath.

Only a few minutes from world-famous Washington Square Park and the nearby B, D, F, M, R, W and 6 trains, Bleecker Court is accessible to any area of the city. The building also has fulltime doormen, a package and bike room,a storage area and a separate laundry. A note about the windows: The co-op is in the proccess of assessing if the building's windows are in need of replacement. A decision has not yet been reached as to which windows will be replaced at the co-op's cost and which window replacement costs will be left to the individual shareholders.
