When shopping for a new home I'd certainly give this rental an edge .The rental has a bona-fide super layout and there is an area for a dining table in a very generously sized living space that has a WBFP yet another perk . A hallway corridor outside the bedroom has good closets and a washer/dryer that is also brand new. The owner did a wonderful job with the bathroom fixtures ; its more than quite solid and the vanity has excellent storage. This is a beautiful rental ! The price is right and so is the location .
