Parking lot for both tenants is at the rear of the house.The layout for the first floor apartment: entering from the rear of the house , there is a sliding glass door off of the raised deck and it accesses the eat in kitchen. The next room is a dining room. A door off of the north end of the room leads to a full bathroom. Across from that door is a door to the basement. At the other end of the dining room is a master bedroom with a full bath with a jacuzzi and shower. There are concealed washer and dryer units in the bathroom. The bedroom has double doors leading to a second bedroom or office space. Leaving that bedroom you enter the living room and a sunroom at the front of the house. Steps in the living room lead to a locked door to the second floor.The second and third floors are accessible from a set of outside steps on the north side of the house, The second floor eat in kitchen with a pantry is through the first door, A pair of closets in the hallway lead to a full bathroom. Another hallway from the kitchen leads to a bedroom. The third floor steps access the third floorfrom a foyer on the second floor. The third floor has a full bath, a living room and a bedroom.The basement is a common area to both apartments and the washer an dryer units are in the basement for the second floor tenant only.The first floor tenant has an outside front porch. There is off street parking at the rear of the house with 5 or 6 spaces. The shed is off of that parking area and is currently used by the owner.Each apartment has a separate electrical service box in the basement and there are individual boilers for heating the apartments. A/C units are used for air conditioning the apartments.
