In the summer, a shaft of morning sunlight shines down that staircase making that corner of the kitchen a delight to enjoy. There are enclosed porches on both levels at the rear. A new half-bath plus new shower bath w sink was added to 1st floor. Original hardwood floors throughout. Off-street parking for 2 cars in the rear is a blessing. This house has a full basement below, with poured concrete walls (unheard of in those days), and has stood the test of time. The basement is separated into three rooms and has been dry and free of any cracks or deterioration in the perimeter walls.
