HVAC is all high efficiency new systems using gas, thus offering maximum cost efficiency for our tenants. Bathrooms are all coordinated with vanities providing storage and useful mirrors with shelving. The showers are beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling and have clear glass shower doors with modern metal trim. The flooring is a light "ash" wood look, which looks very California modern against the grey walls. Four of the six units have private outdoor space. Laundry is offered in the building and easily accessible in the common basement. Also in the basement are private, lockable storage units. This unit specifically offers a private yard. The washer / dryer is shared and coin operated located in the basement. Tenant is responsible for a $25 per month water fee.The location can't be beat. The building is one block from the "El" stop on the Market Frankford line. A very short walk gets you to Frankford AVe and bars/restaurants like Martha, Soup Kitchen, La Colombe, and more. Witness the rapid growth on Front St too as development and retail like Wm. Mulherin's and Evil Genius Brewery and others push north.
