After approximately 9 years the folks I helped settle departed and a terrific contractor did a stunning makeover that gets my 2 thumbs up ! The open deluxe contemporary kitchen will not disappoint with a hi-end chefs breakfast countertop and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. This is an impressive and confident roomy kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry and a smart designer look. It even has a SKYLIGHT as does the bathroom as well. This rental has lots of cool extras ! When shopping for a new home I'd certainly give this rental an edge .The rental has a bona-fide super layout and there is an area for a dining table in a very generously sized living space that has a WBFP yet another perk . A hallway corridor outside the bedroom has good closets and a washer/dryer that is also brand new. The owner did a wonderful job with the bathroom fixtures ; its more than quite solid and the vanity has excellent storage. This is a beautiful rental ! The price is right and so is the location . The owner is reliable and responsive and you have terrific neighbors. Please have excellent references. Pets; 1 good pet on approval if trained and friendly.This is a Boeurm Hill find !
