This cute "dollhouse" was completely reconfigured and remodeled in 2016. The kitchen was enlarged and a garbage disposal and dishwasher were added, as well as a new stove and refrigerator, upgraded cabinets, granite counter tops and a new window overlooking the backyard while standing at the sink. Recessed led lighting was installed, and the creation of a combination laundry room/half bath with washer and gas dryer included, and cabinets complete the first floor. The second floor boasts the bedroom and a large full bathroom. The bathroom has an extra deep shower/tub combination, vanity with side drawers and under cabinet storage space. The exhaust fan also has a light and heat fan to keep a person warm while getting out of the shower. The non-use attic was eliminated giving the bedroom a cathedral ceiling. The small basement is home to the hot water heater, HVAC system, and new french drain system and sump pump. The basement is accessed through a bilco door in the back yard. The basement light is turned on with a switch inside the house making it easier to see without having to go in the basement first. There is a new 4' high fence along the front of the property enabling the yard to be kept somewhat secluded. Located within walking distance to the shops downtown and close to major highways and shopping.
