The rental has a very nice openness and high ceilings another plus as many garden level rentals disappoint with natural light . Since this rental was listed over 5 years ago the apartment has had upgrades including a washer/dryer in unit and bike storage is also a nice feature. The apartment has heat and hot water included and if a garden is important for you then this is an apartment that will talk to you for sure. A spectacular garden and private for this renter only.
