This gently rolling heavily wooded timberland and recreational tract fronts on paved road and is located adjacent to other properties of similar size and type. The upland area is accessed by a good woods road system. Approximately 117 acres of the tract is in merchantable and premerchantable planted pine, planted between 1993 and 1998. A recent timber cruise shows approximately 70 tons per acre overall of which 80% is pine and the balance hardwood.
