70 footer by 14 it's a two bedroom two bath trailer Master room has its own bath it is a garden tub with shower double sinks and an extra shower stall very nice trailer needs some work but nothing major just little things ,sink center in kitchen is going to have to be redone busted hose while I was away a good rental property can make money off of it I lived off of it for a year-and-a-half or be nice place to clear off the trailers and just have one trailer their fenced-in nice property to live on as one
