Back on the market! We pulled it off the market to have some upgrades done. New electrical panel, all wallpaper removed and freshly painted interior, all hardwood floors throughout are refinished including all bedrooms and hallways upstairs, new tiles in the water heater and furnace area, updated garbage disposal, roof replaced in 2014-2015. Some broken sealed windows will be repaired. Trim glass repairs were ordered and paid for but the Suppliers are 4-5 weeks wait. Great big yard with pristine views and the home is on a culdesac.
