This beautiful home is a ROOMING HOUSE with four separate rooms for rent- 2 for $675 per month. The common area has a shared bathroom and kitchen on each floor. If you are interested, group showings are held weekly. We look forward to you renting from us; however, please read the guidelines before you apply. The guidelines are that you have an income of at least two times the rent. We do not allow pets. The rent amount is for one person per room. It is a $40 non-refundable application feeonly month-to-month leases. One month's rent and one month's security deposit are due at the signing of the lease, with no exceptions.
