There is so much to love at this very cute & bright 3/2 garden home in Quail Hollow in North Austin. An all new kitchen was installed over the last few weeks. We've replaced the cabinets, added quartz counters, and a pretty backsplash. The appliances are stainless and most are new: existing fridge, new gas range, new microwave and new dishwasher. The living room is spacious and bright with natural light. New light fixtures have been installed in the kitchen, bathrs, dining and living room. The sliding door leading to the side patio and good-sized backyard was just replaced. The floors are vinyl wood grain. Pet friendly. Pet "deposit" is one-time fee per animal. Owner provides yard service 1x a month. The 1 car garage has an automatic opener. The garage with washer/dryer opens near the kitchen, has an automatic opener and laundry connections. A washer/dryer is inlcuded but not maintained should they fail.
