201 W 4th Street,
Tucson,

85705
This adobe home was designed by renowned Tucson architect Henry O. Jaastad in 1932, and is in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. It was originally built as the parsonage for the Mount Calvary Baptist Church, and is positioned next to their original 1922 Gothic Revival church building. All of the original oak floors have been refinished, and the building retains its distinctive interior arches and coved plaster ceilings. We also preserved the original cast iron bath tub, while upgrading the space with a new subway tile bath surround, mosaic tile flooring, and a modern granite slab vanity. The layout is excellent, and has plenty of cabinet space, as well as a disposal and dishwasher.
