Fully carpeted - clean and fresh. Fully finished family room and full bath in basement. Also has a gas fireplace, which runs on propane. The propane tank is filled. Tenant may use the fireplace if they so wish, but any refilling of the propane tank is at the cost of the tenant, and at the end of the lease, tank must be full. Garage is clean and spacious and can be accessed via the front of house as well as interior access. Community pool is across the street (but set back nicely behind trees). The pool is not included in rent and is optional, and pool use can be established by contacting the Town Creek Community Facebook page. Cost of pool is $500/year/family or $325/yr/person.
