Do you love beautiful, stylish and serene spaces with French "boutique hotel" vibes? This is the one you'll want to see. Welcome! My name is G102 at Garden Court Condominiums, but you may want to give me a more French sounding moniker to suit my beautiful aesthetic. At nearly 1,000 square feet, I am a very generous 1 bedroom hideaway tucked in the back corner of the G building, right off the lobby. You'll only take a few steps to get into the building, and then its smooth sailing through the door and across my 100 year old wood floors. (If I creak, I'm only saying thank you for coming by.) Before you get inside the courtyard, you'll have to fob in for my security, and then again for the building. Once inside my front door, you'll gasp at the magnificent space I'll present to you in this 18' x 22' main living area. Every corner offers a beautiful vignette. There's a decorative fireplace with a mantle, and matching built-in bookcases on either side. I wear my crown molding like the crown that it is. Modern LED flush lighting allows bright light when you work at home, and the 2 sparkling chandeliers can set a whole different mood. This voluminous room can be used in so many ways to suit your needs. I'm easy-going like that. Now let's eat. You're coming into the breakfast room/dining space which is another spot that can work anyway you'd like. The kitchen is to the right. I have a Bosch range and dishwasher, and a Brisas range hood. The elegant touches of lucite drawer pulls on pale blue cabinets with white tiled walls and light stone counters will make you consider taking the time to craft some pour-over coffee instead of stopping at ReAnimator Coffee again! My open pantry in the back can show off beautiful dishes from the front view, and hide your take-out containers to the right. Stainless steel appliances and sink give a nice shine to this functional yet chic room. Of course I have a chandelier! They wouldn't leave me out. My tiled bathroom is unusually large. Full stop. It's big enough for a fashion show. I have a re-glazed cast iron tub for soaking, a pedestal sink, and a really cute, spacious cabinet for towels and linens, with a pop of red. There are washer/dryer hookups here unless you want to use the community laundry room, which is also an easy choice. Time to retreat to my cozy boudoir. Soft lighting from a vintage milk glass chandelier, wood floors, brass sconces, and 2 windows plus a 13' x 15' footprint give you room for the largest bed you desire. I know you'll sleep well. You've seen everything but my closets. Take a look at the coat closet on your way out! When you leave this elegant home, go through the building door, pass the fountain, and say hello/goodbye to our friends in the koi pond. Au revoir!
